Corgi 497 Oldsmobile Man from Uncle

Manufactured 1967-1969

The blue Oldsmobile Super 88, made famous in MGM's 1966 series, The Man from UNCLE. Featuring Solo and Kuryakan fighting evil in New York City.  Model is direct from the childhood owner. Gleaming original dark blue and silver paint in mint condition, please study the photos for exact condition. Glass (complete with bullet holes) is clear and free of any blemishes, interior good as in bonnet sticker, chrome spotlights intact, chrome finish on rooflight/button. Wheels turn freely, tyres are in good condition on cast hubs. Gun firing Thrush-Buster action works as intended with both figures perfect. slight mottling to original bonnet sticker. Appears never  played with. Excellent grey base.

Comes with hard to find original Waverly ring with both faces alternating as intended and original Corgi Club slip.

The original outer box is in very good condition with all flaps attached, nice and crisp with bright colours. Some very light wear to corners and a small perforation on one non picture side,. The original plinth is in  excellent crisp condition with all tabs, end tuck ins and pull flaps present. Comes complete with original roof disc, protector tube and white inner packing piece making this a superb all complete example. Please study the photos
